Driving Investments Notes are being offered as a way for World Omni Financial Corp. to expand and diversify its funding sources and provide a competitive investment alternative to investors.

Individuals and entities with a valid Social Security or U.S. Federal Tax Identification number and a U.S. address are eligible, if they meet the SEC’s definition of accredited investor. Driving Investments Notes may be held individually or jointly, by corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, firms, associations or as custodial or trust investments.

Yes. Interest earned on your Driving Investments Notes investment will constitute income to you and is taxable in the year in which it is earned. Interest income is subject to federal and applicable state and local taxes.

Interest is compounded on a daily basis and will be credited to your Notes Account on the last business day of each calendar month.  Your interest will be automatically added to your Note Account principal on the day it is credited, unless you have elected automatic monthly interest redemption.

Initial investments must be made via an electronic ACH investment for a minimum of $5,000 drawn on a U.S. financial institution in U.S. dollars. Following your initial investment, you may increase your investment by means of: 1) An electronic ACH investment made either through a one-time, self-initiated transaction or established recurring transactions; or 2) A wire transfer investment from an external bank account owned by you.

Yes, the minimum initial investment is $5,000.

If the account falls below $500, the account will be charged account maintenance fees. You will be notified of this possibility once your account falls below $1,000.

If the account falls below the $250 minimum monthly investment balance for three (3) consecutive months, we will notify you in writing that we intend to close your investment. You will be notified of this possibility once your account falls below $500.
